Return & Exchange Policy for Medical Products

Due to the nature of medical products, we prioritize safety and hygiene. Therefore, returns and exchanges are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Medical Products: Within 1-2days from the date of delivery

Other Products: 7-10 days from the date of delivery

You can return the items -

The product is unopened and in its original packaging
The product is clean and unused
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The return is initiated within the policy return time frame of receiving the product.

You can't return the items

Opened or used medical products.
Broken and products with missing parts..
Customized or personalized products.
Items marked as non-returnable on the product packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
